Description
OT-5 is a dermatological blend medication used to decrease swelling/irritation, itching and redness caused because of specific parasitic skin infections. Fungal infection is a skin infection wherein an organism goes after the tissue and cause disease. Fungal infection might be contagious (spreads from one individual onto the next). OT-5 ointment is just for external use. Use OT-5 ointment as suggested. Your doctor will suggest how frequently you use OT-5 ointment in light of your previous medical history. Avoid the contact of OT-5 ointment with nose, ears, mouth or eyes. On the off chance that OT-5 ointment interacts with these areas accidentally, rinse with water thoroughly.

Terbinadine – I.P 0.10% w/w
Ornidazole – I.P 1.00% w/w
Clobetasol Propionate – 1.00% w/w
